This page explains how ATIC ("we") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit atictic.com or use our contact form. We act as data controller under applicable data protection law, including Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698).

Data We Collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the content of your message. When you use the certificate verification tool, only the certificate/report number you enter is queried — it is not stored.

Why We Collect It

We use this data solely to evaluate your request, respond to you, and prepare a quote if applicable. We do not send marketing emails or sell/share your data with third parties.

Who We Share Data With

Your data is processed via Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection) and Resend (email delivery), which provide technical infrastructure only and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. Our contact form's bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes minimal technical data for functional purposes.

Retention

Your data is retained for a reasonable period to evaluate and, if needed, follow up on your request, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
